Polyurethane 3 densities sole

Three densities shoes

SWAP and PLUS2 are the double-ring moulding systems patented by STEMMA. They allow to manufacture 3-densities direct injected soles or soles made with a TPU/rubber outsole and a 2-densities midsole.

Technologies developed to widen the range of articles made by direct injection on upper, that allow new aesthetical and functional combinations, with soles with different densities zones and technical characteristics.

V.A.R. system

VAR, (video assisted report), is the innovative STEMMA system for the monitoring of dosing and injection processes of polymer mixtures.

A sophisticated integrated system made of sensors and dedicated software that ensures the recording and the systematic monitoring of the main process parameters. It allows to identify deviations from standard values, which may lead to malfunctions or that can indicate need for maintenance.

An extremely useful technical support especially for less experienced operators.

The dosing and injection valves with hydrodynamic servo-system keep the injection parameters stable for a life time up to 10 times longer compared with mechanical/pneumatical traditional systems.
